Terms and Conditions<\/h1><\/div>

1. General Information and Data Controller<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the website www.ristorantezintoniosorrento.com<\/b> (hereinafter the \u201cSite\u201d) and the table reservation service at Ristorante Zi\u2019Ntonio (hereinafter the \u201cRestaurant\u201d).<\/p>\n

The website and the food service are operated by:<\/p>\n

    In the text that follows, the restaurant operator may also be referred to as \u201cwe,\u201d while the user\/customer may be referred to as \u201cCustomer\u201d or \u201cUser.\u201d<\/p>\n

    2. Acceptance of the Terms<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    Access to the Site, browsing it, and using the booking service imply full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not wish to accept these Terms, in whole or in part, they are asked not to use the Site or the booking service. <\/p>\n

    The operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; any changes will take effect upon their publication on the Site. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. <\/p>\n

    3. Reservations<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    3.1 How to Make a Reservation<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    Reservations can be made using the online form on the Website, by phone, or through other channels provided by the Restaurant. When making a reservation, the User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (name, phone number, email address, number of people, date, and time). <\/p>\n

    3.2 Confirmation<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    A reservation is considered final only after the restaurant has confirmed it via email, text message, or another appropriate means. In the absence of confirmation, the request cannot be considered accepted. <\/p>\n

    3.3 Time Tolerance<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    The reserved table will be held for a grace period of 15 minutes past the agreed-upon time. If this period elapses without any notification from the Customer, the Restaurant reserves the right to consider the reservation a \u201cno-show\u201d and to reassign the table. <\/p>\n

    4. Guarantee Policy and Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    For certain dates\u2014such as holidays, special events, theme nights, long weekends, and days with high occupancy\u2014reservation confirmation is contingent upon providing payment card information as a guarantee<\/b>. The requirement to provide a credit card as a guarantee is indicated to the User during the booking process for the relevant dates. <\/p>\n

    The deposit is \u20ac25.00 (twenty-five euros) per person<\/b>, calculated based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation.<\/p>\n

    Providing your card information does not result in any immediate charge<\/b>: the card is processed solely to verify the customer\u2019s presence.<\/p>\n

    4.1 Deletion and Modification<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    The Customer may cancel or modify the reservation at no cost<\/b>, provided that the cancellation is communicated at least 12 (twelve) hours before<\/b> the scheduled time of the reservation, through the channels indicated in the confirmation (email or phone).<\/p>\n

    4.2 Deduction of the Security Deposit<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

    The amount of \u20ac25.00 per person will be withheld (charged to the card provided)<\/b> in the following cases:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • failure to cancel the reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled time;<\/li>\n
    • the Customer\u2019s failure to show up at the scheduled time (\u201cno-show\u201d);<\/li>\n
    • Unreported reduction in the number of guests: in this case, a charge of \u20ac25.00 will be applied for each person fewer than the number reserved, if the change is not reported within the same 12-hour period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The amount withheld is due as a lump-sum penalty<\/b> to cover, even if only partially, the procurement and organizational costs incurred by the Restaurant and the loss of use of the table, and does not constitute a confirmation deposit. This is without prejudice to any duly proven case of force majeure, which will be assessed by the Restaurant in good faith. <\/p>\n

      If the customer checks in as scheduled, the security deposit will not be charged<\/b>, and the card information will not be used for any payment related to the security deposit.<\/p>\n

      5. Prices, Menus, and Allergens<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      The dishes, offerings, and corresponding prices are listed on the restaurant\u2019s menu and may be subject to change depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients. The menu published on the website is for informational purposes only; the menu displayed at the restaurant at the time of service is the official one. <\/p>\n

      Customers with food allergies or intolerances are asked to inform the staff before ordering. Allergen information is available upon request, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169\/2011.<\/p>\n

      6. Customer Obligations and Conduct<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      The Customer agrees to use the Website and the reservation service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms, avoiding fictitious, multiple, or false reservations. The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations that are clearly abusive or fraudulent. <\/p>\n

      7. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      All content on the Site\u2014including, but not limited to, text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and layout\u2014is the property of the site operator or the respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use\u2014even in part\u2014is prohibited without prior written authorization. <\/p>\n

      8. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      The operator makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site and the continuity of the service, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. <\/p>\n

      9. Processing of Personal Data<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      The processing of personal data provided by the User is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. For further information on the purposes and methods of processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy<\/b> and Cookie Policy<\/b> published on the Website. Any credit card information provided as a guarantee is processed exclusively for the purposes described in Article 4 and managed through payment service providers that comply with applicable security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS). <\/p>\n

      10. Complaints and Notifications<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      Any complaints or requests for clarification may be submitted to the contact information provided in Art. 1. The administrator promises to respond as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

      11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

      These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation, enforcement, or validity of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer\u2019s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
